Peri to Post
Your 4-Week Menopause Support Course

A holistic approach to supporting your body through the menopause transition and beyond

Live weekly support to help you feel more informed, more balanced, and more like yourself again.

Are you starting to notice that your body, mood, energy or sleep are changing, if so you are not imagining it and you are definitely not alone.

Perimenopause and menopause can bring a wide range of symptoms, from hot flushes, poor sleep and anxiety to brain fog, low mood, joint aches, weight changes and feeling unlike yourself in your own body.

It can feel confusing, frustrating and sometimes overwhelming.

But this transition is also a powerful opportunity to understand your body more deeply and learn how to support it well - not only for now, but for the years ahead.

"So many women are expected to just get on with

menopause in silence. I want this course to be a

space where you feel seen, supported and empowered.

My hope is that this course gives you the

knowledge, support and breathing space to care

for yourself in a deeper way."

Join me for a live 4-week menopause course

This live course is designed to help you understand what is happening during the menopause transition and, most importantly, what you can do to support yourself through it.

Over four weekly sessions, we will explore the key lifestyle pillars that can make a real difference during perimenopause and beyond:

Nutrition
How to nourish your changing body, support hormones, balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation and build strong foundations for long-term health.

Movement
How the right kind of movement can support energy, mood, bone health, muscle mass, metabolism and overall wellbeing.

Stress management
Why stress can make symptoms feel worse, and simple supportive practices to help your nervous system feel calmer and more resilient.

Sleep
Why sleep often becomes more difficult during this stage, what may be contributing to it, and how to support better rest and recovery.

We will also look beyond symptoms

This course is not just about getting through hot flushes, mood swings or brain fog.

We will also explore some of the lesser-known long-term health changes that can happen as we move into post-menopause, including the impact menopause can have on areas such as bone health, heart health, metabolic health and brain health.

Most importantly, we will look at realistic, practical ways you can help safeguard your future health through nutrition and lifestyle.

You deserve support through this transition

Menopause is not the end of feeling well.
It is not something you just have to “put up with”.

With the right support, this can be a time to reconnect with your health, understand

your body in a new way, and build strong foundations for the years ahead.

I’d love to support you in that journey.

A supportive space to take time for yourself

So many women spend years putting everyone else first.

This course is a chance to pause and give some of that care back to yourself.

It is time set aside to learn, reflect, feel supported and come away with practical tools you can

actually use in everyday life.

You do not need to do everything perfectly.

You do not need to overhaul your life overnight. You just need a supportive place to begin.
