How to Make a Booking and Get Started
Please note sessions can be carried out in person or remotely via Zoom. 
 
STEP 1: Discovery Call 
An opportunity to chat about your symptoms or health goals and ask any questions. 

STEP 2: Initial Consultation
During this consultation I will conduct a full assessment and begin the first steps of your treatment plan. The assessment includes discussing your current symptoms and challenges, diet and lifestyle, as well as your medical history. We will work together to set your health goals and create your personalised plan. This will involve food recommendations and advice for healthy eating habits. It may also contain suggestions for other lifestyle elements such as sleep, movement and ways of managing stress as these can affect nutrition and help you to achieve your goals.    

STEP 3: Follow-up Sessions 
These are to monitor your progress and adapt your plan accordingly. We will build on your plan as your body begins to heal so you can achieve optimum results. During these sessions I will share knowledge and techniques, so you can enjoy a greater understanding of your body and enabling you to maintain the progress you make long term.
